Just one week after officially registering our company, we had the privilege of attending DLD Munich — one of Europe's foremost conferences on innovation, technology, art, science, and politics. It was the perfect stage to test the waters, meet brilliant minds, and get feedback on what we're building. At DLD, we met Dr. Fabian Mehring, Bavarian State Minister for Digital Affairs. During our conversation, we presented our assistant — a tool we believe can help German Mittelstand companies deal with a pressing issue: the lack of specialists in the workforce, especially in light of demographic change. Minister Mehring agreed with us that AI‐based solutions will be critical in tackling the challenges posed by an aging population and shrinking labor pool in many sectors. He invited us to the Staatskanzlei to discuss further how digital innovation, policy, and our offering might intersect. We left that meeting energized — the alignment on vision was clear. Our assistant didn't just resonate with him — among other participants at DLD, it sparked great interest, with conversations about its applicability, its potential impact, and the role such AI tools will play going forward. Attending DLD in our first week as a company has been more than symbolic. It's been a great start: an affirmation that what we're building matters, that there is interest, and that there are pathways to engage at a policy level. We can't wait to turn this momentum into action.
