&act was founded in Munich in 2025 with a simple observation: the German Mittelstand does not lose deals on the product, but on response time. 30 minutes per quote, three working days of waiting — while competitors respond in hours.
We have specialised in inside sales for DACH industrial companies and wholesale. Not „AI for everything“ — but quoting. SAP, Dynamics, proALPHA, Salesforce, Sage. PIM, ERP, CRM, Outlook. Variant configuration, discount tiers, customer terms. We build for exactly that day-to-day.
